Systems operator ITG to distribute Aspect solutions in Poland
Aspect Software, a leading provider of customer contact, enterprise workforce optimisation and Microsoft platform solutions, and Polish systems integrator Innovation Technology Group (ITG) have announced a business partnership agreement. ITG will distribute the Aspect solutions in Poland and provide related services.
ITG has long-standing experience in the information and communications technology (ICT) industry. General business activities include the implementation and integration of management support applications, as well as communication systems, security and data storage systems, installation, maintenance and training services. Targeted focus industries for the Aspect partnership include the banking and financial services sector.

As part of the agreement, ITG has access to the full range of Aspect solutions from customer service to sales to collections. The solutions include the unified contact centre platform, Aspect® Unified IP®, as well as workforce management and workforce optimisation applications.
