Intelsat S.A. today announced that its subsidiary, Intelsat Corporation (“Intelsat Corp”), intends to redeem all of the $580,719,000 aggregate principal amount outstanding of its 9¼% Senior Notes due 2016 (the “Notes”). The redemption of the Notes is conditioned upon the receipt by Intelsat Corp of sufficient cash to effect the redemption, as specified in the redemption notice.
