JDSU Introduces c-Series Test Line for Lab and Manufacturing Environments
Single-Function Bench Top Solutions offer Cost-Effective, Entry-Level Alternative Milpitas, Calif., and Brussels, September 23, 2008 – JDSU today introduced its c-Series Compact Photonic Tools, a new line of test solutions for the development and manufacturing of fiber optic connectors and passive components used in today’s network elements. The c-Series provide an alternative for engineers who require simple, single-function testers and include the cOPM-A1 Optical Power Meter, cFPL-A1 Fabry-Perot Light Source, and cORL-A1 Optical Return Loss Meter. The c-Series is on display this week at ECOC ‘08 in Brussels, September 22-24 (booth 233). JDSU c-Series testers are general purpose, high-performance, entry-level test solutions for new labs and new engineers entering the industry and small- and medium-sized connector and patch cord manufacturers.
