Kaspersky Lab Named a “Leader” in Magic Quadrant for Endpoint Protection Platforms

 

Abingdon, UK, 25 January 2012 – Kaspersky Lab, a leading developer of secure content and threat management solutions, has today announced that it has officially been named a “Leader” in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Endpoint Protection Platforms.*

 

The Gartner Magic Quadrant is based on complex analysis of endpoint protection platforms of a wide range of IT security vendors. It is the most influential benchmark for companies seeking to evaluate vendors and products in the IT security industry, and plays a very important role in purchase decisions of enterprises on a global scale. This Magic Quadrant is based on criteria in two categories: completeness of vision and ability to execute.
