Kcom experts look to the future at Cisco Live

31 January 2013: Two of Kcom’s Future of Work experts will be taking to the stage at Cisco Live, an event being held at London ExCel, this week. Brian Condron and Stu Smith will be taking attendees through the trends that are shaping the Future of Work, such as the Man vs Machine debate and subscription economy; they’ll discuss how the use of cloud based communications will help organisations to implement new ways of working and adapt to changing customer needs.

The duo are taking to the Collaboration stage at the event and will be sharing insights around Kcom’s Workplaces portfolio, a range of hosted managed services which the business launched last year.

Services are based on Cisco’s Hosted Collaboration Service technology architecture which is hosted and supported using Kcom’s hosting and service management facilities.

Cisco Live sees thousands of IT professionals come together for a week of training and education on technology trends and developments. Delegates have the opportunity to network and discuss business requirements and trends affecting their business.
