Khomp Media Gateways get DevConnect Certification and are now compatible with PBX Solutions Manufactured by the Multinational Avaya

KMG product line is targeted at businesses operating in the Call Center segment, so they can connect better calls, classifying out those calls, thus helping Call Centers reduce costs and improve their service and billing operations, among others. Now, Avaya tested the equipment compliance for compatibility with Avaya Aura® Communication Manager, Avaya Aura® Session Manager, Avaya Aura® System Manager, Avaya Aura® Media Server, Avaya 96×1 Deskphone, Avaya 6211 and 6221 Analog Phone.

Using a flexible and programmable routing system, Khomp KMG 3200, with no need for extra hardware, can be used to route calls to Avaya Aura Session Manager, converting media and network protocols, in a secure and robust manner.

Designed for large call center solutions, KMG 3200 is a modular gateway that allows for expansion of the existing structure with minimum downtime. Maintenance and redundancy are also facilitated, in such a way that the equipment can be easily and quickly replaced in case of failure.
KMG 3200 is made up of flexible and rugged hardware that includes dedicated DSPs for handling critical telephony operations and echo canceling. These resources work together to provide a large capacity for call processing with high quality audio. Among other functionalities, KMG 3200 has a programmable and flexible call routing system that enables adapting the equipment to a huge variety of scenarios, including resources such as SIP header re-writing, automatic overflow and fallback.
