The annual IT Leaders West Africa Summit will be held in Accra, Ghana from 28 to 29 November 2012. The summit is hosted and produced by international business-to-business conferencing company, Kinetic Events. The IT Leaders Summit series is hosted in strategic locations all over the world including Johannesburg, Dubai, Ghana, Cape Town and Nairobi. The series hosts over 150 CIOs and senior IT executives representing leading companies from the respective regions.

South Africa, Republic of, Sep 14, 2012 – The anticipated annual IT Leaders West Africa Summit will take place from 28 to 29 November 2012 in the heart of Ghana’s esteemed capital city, Accra. Papers should address topical industry issues within the context of Africa, and may focus on a particular subject or the industry in general. Topics can include, but need not be restricted to:

· Cloud computing

· Virtualisation

· Emerging trends in ICT for the enterprise

Papers covering other topics will also be considered, as well as theory-based and experiential papers covering any region or country within the African continent are welcome.


Recognition Acknowledgement will be given for individuals presenting papers, with priority given to those based in Africa. All submissions will be considered for inclusion in various aspects of the summit.


Submission Those who are interested in submitting a paper must send an abstract of no more than 300 words to shaunei@kineticevents.net placing ‘IT Leaders West Africa call for papers’ in the subject heading. The submission deadline is 19 November 2012 and applicants will be notified shortly after this date.
