BANGALORE, INDIA: Subex Limited, a leading global provider of Operations and Business Support Systems (OSS/BSS) for communications service providers (CSP), announced today that a leading CSP in Malaysia has renewed its ROC Revenue Assurance contract for another three years. The multi-million dollar contract involves Subex providing ROC Revenue Assurance through Managed Services.
The CSP, a leading provider of mobile, fixed line and internet services in Malaysia has been a customer of Subex’s ROC Revenue Assurance for the past three years. The solution has been very valuable to the CSP, in it that it has helped reduced revenue leakage to a significant extent and has also affected positive improvements in the bottom-line. Renewing the contract was a natural progression in the relationship.
