Mcor Technologies Named Finalist for Three Prestigious 2014 3D Printshow Awards

— Mcor, winner of 2013 Brand of the Year, finalist for this year’s Brand of the Year, Green and Rising Star Awards

DUNLEER, Ireland, Aug. 13, 2014Mcor Technologies Ltd, manufacturer of the only line of desktop paper-based 3D printers in the world, announced today that it has been named a finalist for the 2014 3D Printshow Brand of the Year and Green Awards, and Mcor CEO, Dr. Conor MacCormack, is a finalist for the Rising Star Award.

The 3D Printshow Global Awards acknowledge inspirational work that has helped develop and elevate the art of additive manufacture, as well as those businesses that have risen to the challenges of the marketplace, flourishing in what is a highly competitive industry. Last year, Mcor won 3D Printshow’s prestigious Brand of the Year Award, beating out co-finalist Makerbot.

Winners of this year’s awards will be selected based on number of public votes and will be announced at the 3D Print Show in London on September 4th. Votes for Mcor can be cast by visiting the awards page, selecting each award and casting a vote.
