MYCOM showcases latest NIMS-PrOptima™ solutions, participates in TM Forum Catalyst and Executive Appointment Service, and joins Expert Panel discussion

MYCOM will showcase new products and solutions on its kiosk (#17), exchange knowledge within the Executive Appointment Service, speak on an Expert Panel Discussion on TM Forum’s Frameworx, and demonstrate its NIMS-PrOptima™ solution as part of a TM Forum Catalyst on Customer Experience.

On its Kiosks (#17), and as part of the TM Forum Executive Appointment Service in its private meeting room, MYCOM will provide several demonstrations including:

  • The latest version of its NIMS-PrOptima™ Network Performance Management platform
  • Multi-domain performance management and cross-domain correlation
  • LTE & HetNet performance management
  • Automated operation and optimization
  • Service performance management

The Catalyst demonstration – ‘Performance, Quality & Experience: Focus on the Customer’ – will be part of TM Forum’s The Hub exhibition, and delivers a practical implementation of quantifiable quality of experience (QoE) metrics for mobile broadband services by leveraging and combining network probe and performance data.

In addition, MYCOM’s CTO Mounir Ladki will join the expert panel discussion: “Frameworx – blueprint to achieving more with the less”, to be held on Wednesday October 30th at 2.15pm. This panel will discuss the typical drivers and challenges for business system transformation and how those should be addressed, the proven strategies and tactics to deliver more for the same or less, How to make the right choice between existing and new systems solutions, how to optimize business processes to improve efficiency and enable transformation and finally how to work with the TMForum e-Tom model to deliver a successful business transformation.
