Xtera Communications, Inc. will be present and exhibit at WDM & Next Generation Optical Networking 2013 (17-20 June 2013).
Xtera will deliver two presentations:
· On Wednesday 19 June afternoon, we will talk about our offering for terrestrial backbone networks with a line capacity up to 15 Tbit/s on an all-optical reach exceeding 3,000 km in real network environments;
· On Thursday 20 June afternoon, in the Submarine Optical Networking stream, Herve Fevrier, Chief Strategy Office of Xtera, will discuss the enabling technologies for seamless integration of subsea cable systems into PoP-to-PoP networks.
Xtera supplies the industry’s most advanced high-capacity, long-haul optical networking equipment for any type of optical long-haul transmission infrastructure. Recently, Xtera launched a new optical subsea repeater that brings optical, mechanical and electrical innovations to subsea cable systems.
Meeting in Monaco will be a great opportunity to exchange our views on the optical transport industry, deliver an update on Xtera’s Company and offering, and explain how Xtera has helped its customers develop and improve their long-haul optical transmission infrastructures, both terrestrial or submarine.
