Using FTS’ MVNO platform, QBoCel can now independently configure and deploy personalized, application-based plans. This enables the rapid delivery of new services to market, supporting QBoCel’s fast growth and enhancing its customers’ experience.

At the heart of FTS’ MVNO solution is Leap™ Billing, which provides real-time, convergent charging, billing, policy control, and customer and partner management.
