  • MOD Mission Critical announces today that it has appointed Greg Sadler as Chief Financial Officer.  Mr. Sadler rounds out MOD’s executive team, overseeing the financial management of the company, which includes: financial reporting and transparency; budget management; accounting; financial controls; resource allocation; and tax compliance.

Denver, CO – October 23, 2013MOD Mission Critical (MOD), a network service provider that combines facilities and non-facilities-based assets to deliver comprehensive mission critical network solutions, announced that it has appointed Greg Sadler as Chief Financial Officer.  Mr. Sadler rounds out MOD’s executive team, overseeing the financial management of the company, which includes: financial reporting and transparency; budget management; accounting; financial controls; resource allocation; and tax compliance.  He is also responsible for implementing and executing the company’s overall financial strategy as well as long-range planning.

As a seasoned financial leader, Mr. Sadler brings more than 25 years of experience building and financing global, high-growth telecom and technology companies around the world.  Most recently, he served as CFO of WBS Connect, a managed network services provider recognized as a Fastest Growing Company by both the Inc. 500 and Denver Business Journal.  Prior to that, Mr. Sadler was appointed CEO of Ricochet Networks, Inc., a wireless Internet access provider that he helped restructure and sell.  Mr. Sadler was also a founder and Vice President of Finance at VeloCom, which built and operated the world’s largest fixed wireless telecom and data network in Brazil.  His career also includes serving as the CFO of UIH Latin America, a company that consolidated, managed and sold several cable television operations in Latin America, plus eight years in the international finance group at US WEST International, Inc.  He began his career with 10 years at Arthur Andersen in Denver.
