In interview with European Communications, Macario Namie, VP of Marketing at Jasper said of the global automotive M2M market “It was predicted that 84 million cars had an embedded SIM last year so even getting a fraction of that can move the [revenue] needle significantly.” As each new partnership between automotive and communications players is announced the connected car market grows and develops its explosive potential.
