Wholesale fibre network operator MS3 Networks will exhibit its futureproof connectivity options at upcoming conference Connected Britain. The event will welcome 5,000 connectivity leaders from across the public and private sectors to ExCel London on September 20 and 21, 2023.

The two-day event will host 300 speakers and 350 exhibitors, informing attendees of the opportunities that full fibre connectivity and 5G can offer British businesses and communities. This year’s conference covers twelve key themes, from innovation and partnerships to future connectivity options and inclusive digital growth for hard-to-reach regions.

At the show, MS3 will be demonstrating the progress of its full fibre rollout across Hull and the North Lincolnshire towns of Scunthorpe and Grimsby, which has now surpassed over 100,000 premises. With a goal of reaching 500,000 homes and businesses by 2025, MS3 will be educating visitors on the unique opportunities it faces in Hull and how — alongside its growing network of ISP partners — it is challenging the connectivity status quo.

Hull and its surrounding area have long experienced a “broadband monopoly” due to limited infrastructure for other providers in the region, meaning homes and businesses have few choices when it comes to connectivity.

Through partnerships with several internet service providers, MS3 Networks allows Hull communities to access cheaper broadband, with end-customers receiving a discount of around 30 per cent, according to its own findings.

In addition to these lower prices, the ultrafast network is capable of speeds that meet the government’s 2030 target of one gigabit per second (Gbps). The network is also futureproof, as it will be able to handle speeds of up to ten Gbps without any additional infrastructure.

“Inclusive digital growth is incredibly important to us, and by installing broadband infrastructure and partnering with ISPs, we help communities that have historically been excluded from Britain’s digital economy to enjoy its benefits,” explains Guy Miller, CEO of MS3 Networks.

“Exhibiting at Connected Britain is an excellent opportunity to show our commitment to regional development. We believe where someone lives should not prevent them accessing the professional, educational and social opportunities that internet connectivity provides. While we’re solving a challenge on a local level, in Hull and nearby areas, we’re passionate about educating the industry on a national level to demonstrate the importance of fairer, better broadband for all of the UK.”

MS3 Networks will be at Connected Britain on September 20 and 21, 2023. If you’re going to the show and want to find out more about MS3’s latest projects, visit stand 74 or schedule a meeting with the team by getting in touch.
