Geneva, Switzerland, 26 August 2010 – The Foundation Board of the World Economic Forum has elected Mukesh D. Ambani, Chairman and Managing Director, Reliance Industries, India; Ben J. Verwaayen, Chief Executive Officer, Alcatel-Lucent, France; and Zhu Min, Special Adviser, International Monetary Fund (IMF), Washington DC, and a former Deputy Governor, People’s Bank of China , People’s Republic of China, to the board.
