NEC launches new online press room and PR team
NEC affiliates combine to provide unified news and PR contact portal for press and influencers across EMEA London, UK, 23 September 2008 – NEC Europe has today launched a new online press room which will act as a ‘one stop shop’ for breaking news, company background information and PR contacts for multiple NEC companies across EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). The new ‘NEC in Europe’ press room brings together all PR related information from the different NEC affiliates and regions, which traditionally was hosted solely on the different companies’ separate web sites. In the past this required interested parties to visit several sites if they wanted to gather information across NEC brands or European regions. The new press room – which is social media tagging enabled – currently features the latest news from NEC Computers, NEC Display Solutions, NEC Philips Unified Solutions and NEC Corporation’s European subsidiary, NEC Europe. In addition, company facts and figures, spokesperson biographies and forthcoming events for the NEC country offices; Scandinavia, France, Italy, Portugal, Iberica, Deutschland and UK will also be available.
