NetCracker TOMS Solution Upgrade to Improve Videotron?s Infrastructure Management
NetCracker’s Newest TOMS Release to Reduce Costs and Enhance Efficiency of Network Operations
NetCracker Technology announced today that Videotron, a leading Canadian telecommunications provider, has chosen to upgrade its current TOMS (Telecom Operations and Management Solution) software to the latest NetCracker release. NetCracker’s professional services team will deliver the upgrade and provide Videotron with new and improved capabilities to more efficiently manage its network infrastructure.
Upgrading to the latest NetCracker release will enable Videotron to improve its network mapping and maximize its capacity utilization of network resources, including both physical assets and logical connections. This enhanced functionality will drive operational efficiency at the same time that it reduces the overall cost of operating and maintaining Videotron’s network.

In previous projects, NetCracker has helped Videotron consolidate its legacy systems and gain the flexibility to roll out and support new services and offerings ? including quad-play bundles. Most recently, NetCracker completed a data migration of Videotron’s circuit inventory.
