H.264/5 Video Wall Streams 4K

North Hall, Booth 538 – MuxLab flexes its AV over IP muscles with an in-booth display showing how complex signage projects such as video walls streaming 4K@60Hz content from the web can be installed, accessed and controlled with ease. The new HDMI 2.0 Digital Signage Media Player (model 500769) accepts streaming content via the H.264/H.265 codec from a local Ethernet, Internet, internal memory and external USB 3.0 devices. Video is up-scaled to 4K@60Hz (4:4:4) and delivered to the new HDMI over IP H.264/H.265 PoE Extender (model 500762) to create a 2×2 video wall with multi-view capability and IP-based camera support for a compelling visual experience.

The Media Player operates in a low bandwidth, expandable manner, boasts an intuitive web interface and schedules automated tasks. It was designed for an exceptional ease of use, and can be managed remotely via MuxLab’s CMS, the new MuxLabControl app and a third-party CMS. Users can setup and control the system from a PC, tablet or phone, making video wall installations almost effortlessly easy.  The app’s multi-zone functionality allows access to remote locations from the palm of your hand. Users can select sources, assign content to specific zones and more using simple, attractive, color-coded icons that represent equipment. Birds-eye layouts simplify the task of identifying equipment within a zone.  Repetitive tasks can be preconfigured and instantly activated.

Attendees are invited to stop by the MuxLab booth at N538 to see how this comprehensive system simplifies the entire implementation.  Any attendee seeking more information on installing, troubleshooting and managing AV over IP-based systems can learn more at one of two daily trainings at MuxLab’s booth.  Scheduled at 10:30am and 3:00pm (4:00pm on Thursday), MuxLab product managers will provide a comprehensive overview of AV over IP infrastructures.
