NextiraOne Strengthens Expertise in Quality Contact Centre Solutions

Most widely accredited Genesys Gold Certified Partner in Europe

Paris, 08 December, 2011 – NextiraOne, Europe’s leading expert in communications services, has today announced a further success in its strategy to deliver high quality contact centre solutions for its European and global business customers. NextiraOne is the only contact centre specialist to reach Genesys Gold Certified Partner status in four European regions and has achieved 41 individual certifications across France, Germany, Benelux and CSE. This level of certification equips NextiraOne to deliver advanced contact centre solutions both in-country and for global organisations with complex contact centre needs.

Genesys Gold Certified Partner status is the highest qualification Genesys accords to its partners. NextiraOne has worked closely with Genesys and made substantial investment in building a pan-European offering. The company has strengthened its contact centre expertise in all of its countries, consolidating its European team to enable it to share skills, experience and best practice and to operate at a European level for the company’s many global customers.

NextiraOne, like all Genesys Gold Certified Partners, had to demonstrate its proven knowledge, experience, and reputation to provide high quality solutions and services to meet the needs of businesses. To achieve re-certification as a Gold Partner the company underwent rigorous audits of its services and support process and capabilities, as well as product training and certification. NextiraOne also had to demonstrate that it could fully optimise its customers’ Genesys investments, helping them to achieve better ROI, reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction.

Genesys launched the Partner Program in 2005 to meet the needs of its growing customer community by enhancing Genesys skills available through partners. It provides a framework for partners to manage Genesys competency and quality, and be recognized for technical expertise and superior record of customer service. NextiraOne was already a Genesys Gold Certified Partner and has now met the revised criteria to achieve recertification in 2011.

“As one of Europe’s leading contact centre solutions providers, Genesys Gold Partner status is extremely important to us,” said Guillaume Baraton, European Business Development Director for Contact Centre. “We have driven an ambitious programme over the last six months to meet the new requirements set by Genesys, and to expand the European reach of our Gold Partner status. We are delighted that we have achieved this in four key regions throughout EMEA, more than any other Genesys partner. This is especially pleasing as it includes a clear demonstration of customer satisfaction in all our territories. This has been testament to the cohesion of our European team in creating this unique global offering.”

NextiraOne is Europe’s leading communications services company and has a strong and growing contact centre business that includes over 2,500 implementations across Europe, supporting over 500,000 agents. The company enjoys a long-standing partnership with Alcatel-Lucent and is a strategic partner in all 15 European countries where NextiraOne operates. With more than 100  certified Genesys solution experts across Europe , NextiraOne is one of the largest and most innovative EMEA channel partners for Genesys solutions and has undertaken many international deployments, including major deployments on iWD (Intelligent Workload Distribution), SIP and workforce optimisation.

To qualify for Gold Certification status, a partner must meet the following criteria:

·         A proven history of complex customer implementations, including SIP or IP infrastructures, advanced reports such as Genesys InfoMart, self-service systems such as Genesys voice portal and workforce optimisation solutions, plus customer specific implementations

·         Customer satisfaction – through surveys of key customers and references of larger scale customers with multiple technology solutions in all regions

·         A full lab system in place for all certified and supported Genesys products

·         Extensive employee training for all Genesys products certified and supported

·         Professional services methodologies and best practices in place and adhered to

·         Technical support infrastructure, personnel and practices in place

“Our relationship with NextiraOne is significant across Europe and the globe. Their continued commitment to deliver superior customer service capabilities offered through Genesys solutions is validated by their investment in our Gold Partner program,” said Tom Eggemeier, senior vice president Global Sales for Genesys. “As a Gold Partner, NextiraOne customers are assured to have top knowledge on delivering quality customer service for their business.”
