NTT Com Announces Changes in Board Members
TOKYO, JAPAN – NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com), the ICT solutions and international communications business within the NTT (NYSE: NTT) Group, announced today changes in its board members.
Masanori Ozawa has been newly appointed as a Senior Vice President. Mr.
Ozawa concurrently holds the positions of an external board member at NTT Com and Vice President of General Affairs at Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation.
Also, Kazuhisa Igasaki has resigned as a Senior Vice President, effective today.
