Omnitele Benchmarks the Quality of Service
in Rwandan Mobile Networks

Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Agency (RURA) and Omnitele Ltd, a Finnish telecommunications engineering and consulting company,
have signed a co-operation agreement on benchmarking the Quality of Service (QoS) in Rwandan mobile networks.

The agreement also includes Omnitele training RURA personnel to perform the QoS measurements themselves in mobile networks
on continuous basis to monitor that operators perform according to the license terms and conditions related to network QoS
