Ooredoo Continues to Provide Business Reach Solution

Delivering on its promise to take communications to a whole new level, Ooredoo continues in giving businesses the means to mobilise their communications and inspire growth with its Business Reach Mobile solution. The service allows companies in Oman to have Private Automated Branch Exchange (PABX) or ‘switchboard’ functionality for their mobile services, without the need to physically own their own PABX equipment by hosting it in the Cloud.

The product is one of the most comprehensive mobile solutions in years and provides a range of key features, such as being able to set up a Cloud-based interactive voice response system (IVR), which will manage and direct all inbound call traffic through a ‘virtual receptionist’.
