Ooredoo Recognised As an ‘Approved Employer’ by the ACCA

Muscat, Oman

 

Ooredoo was recently certified as an ‘Approved Employer’ by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a global body for professional accountants. The ACCA Approved Employer certificate is an international benchmark that recognises Ooredoo’s high standards of in-house training, professional development programmes, and accountancy resources. The certification was presented to the Finance team by Maqbool Al Lawati, Chair of the ACCA Members Advisory Committee in Oman.

This key milestone is a major step that will take the development of our financial department to even greater heights, positioning our professional teams to continue growing and exceeding the expectations of our valued customers.”

 

The certificate is awarded to companies that offer outstanding continuing professional development opportunities to their finance professionals and demonstrate superior professional values, ethics and governance in the workplace. Companies are required to undergo special assessment against a number of best practices.
