OVHcloud continues to bring in key accounts

At the VMworld Europe event in Barcelona, OVHcloud announced its acceleration on the key accounts market. The alternative cloud player is always adapting its product and service offerings to better anticipate its customers’ and prospects’ strategic needs.

To meet the requirements of IT decision-makers, OVHcloud relies on its ‘smart’ cloud philosophy: a simple, multi-local, accessible, reversible and transparent cloud. In its Enterprise product universe, OVHcloud has grouped together solutions that are best adapted to the most critical enterprise projects —multi-cloud transitions, datacentre extensions and migrations, big data projects and disaster recovery plans.

To help enterprises build a multi-cloud infrastructure while maintaining full control and reversibility for their data, Europe’s alternative player on the cloud market offers a range of solutions as part of its Hosted Private Cloud solutions, based on VMware technology.

Custom support at the heart of OVHcloud’s key account strategy

In addition to its product offerings, OVHcloud also announced that it has reorganised its support levels, with greater levels of support aimed at key accounts. The objective of this is to meet the requirements of companies with the very highest demands. Enterprise support is now custom, and available 24/7. Whether customers face a technical challenge, have questions regarding solutions and financial aspects, or are looking for help optimising their services, OVHcloud’s internal team of experts support them at every stage of their projects.

The OVHcloud Partner Program has been added to Enterprise support, and was launched internationally in September 2019. This program is aimed at companies who help their own customers migrate to OVHcloud solutions as resellers, and also at companies providing services such as integration, outsourcing, and consultancy. Villeroy & Boch, a German manufacturer of porcelain products, also chose OVHcloud to build an infrastructure that could quickly and securely meet requirements for their transformation of in-store and online sales.
