Perforce Software Receives Visual Studio Magazine’s Readers Choice Award
Perforce SCM among tools developers can’t live without
Wokingham, UK, 8th December, 2011 – Perforce Software was recently honoured by Visual Studio Magazine (VSM) with a 2011 Readers Choice award. Each year readers choose the best third-party tools for professional developers who work with code in Microsoft platforms and tools. Also a winner in previous years, Perforce Software Configuration Management (SCM) received a Merit Award in the application lifecycle and project management category.

The plug-in is built on Perforce’s .NET API for speed and stability, and developers will be able to use Perforce’s powerful visual tools directly in the IDE.”
The 19th-annual Readers Choice Awards are based on the voting of Visual Studio Magazine subscribers. VSM readers were invited to fill out survey ballots and identify the top third-party tools from a list of more than 600 developer products.
