Procera’s PacketLogic line of products leverages state of the art DPI technology to do network traffic and policy control. PacketLogic drives the policy process for the next generation mobile networks by enabling trend and behavioral analysis, traffic classification, and real-time counters, and providing input to the policy server, enforcing policies, output billing and charging data, and verifying that intended results are achieved. This makes PacketLogic the inline engine of the policy and charging control (PCC) eco system.

The first end-to-end open policy management platform, Quantum Network Suite, empowers service providers to take back control of their network and customer relationships by providing a network-aware mobile data services engine that detects and adjusts for mobile core congestion in real-time, maximizing session capacity and user quality of experience. Quantum Network Suite delivers an outstanding customer experience by creating policies that manage network resources, enable two-way communication between service providers and subscribers, and allow individual subscribers to personalize policies themselves.
