Sunrise’s Customer Service Management solution provides centralised, efficient support for 6,000 customers in Bluebell’s fast-moving unified communications market
Chessington, 12 February 2013 – UK-headquartered Service Management company Sunrise Software today announced that Bluebell Telecom Group, one of the fastest growing UK resellers of voice and data services, have selected Sostenuto’s Customer Service Management (CSM) solution to support the group’s customer service operations. All staff within the group will use the new system to provide centralised and enhanced support to over 6,000 customers and to improve the company’s operational performance.
The Bluebell Telecom Group’s turnover has grown rapidly over the past five years following several successful acquisitions.
