Based out of Wilcon’s Los Angeles headquarters, Scales will be responsible for leading the growth of Wilcon’s sales and marketing organization.

Scales previously worked in executive sales and service management roles for PAETEC Communications, developing a highly successful track record. Scales achieved 99.95% customer retention and satisfaction rate and the strongest sales record in the history of the company.
