The Experience Exchange CX Forum, hosted by ResponseTek, will take place on May 14 in Vancouver, with attendees including senior executives from companies in telecom, insurance, financial services, retail and transportation. The event will include discussions on trends in the industry as well as best practices across diverse customer experience programs. Key themes to be discussed include CEM program design, engaging front line employees, and using customer data to improve everyday business practices.
