The One-Day Conference Kicks off the 2015 Tour Bringing Together Customer Experience Leaders and Practitioners to Inform and Engage on Industry Insights and Best Practices

Maidenhead, UK – April 7, 2015SDL (LSE: SDL) today announced the first stop in its annual SDL Innovate conference schedule, taking  place at the Okura Hotel on April 20 in Amsterdam. The one-day thought leadership event will cover the topics that matter most to the customer experience (CX) community and attendees will get the inspiration, tools and know-how needed to optimize the customer experience across their organizations.

SDL is drawing on its global customer base to bring together over 300 customer experience professionals who will be onsite to network, share best practices and educate themselves and others on the latest trends and solutions in the CX market space. The Amsterdam event includes over 15 sessions featuring industry experts and customer experience leaders from top brands sharing their use cases. Inspirational presentations will be delivered from customers and partners including Accor, ADAMA, The Nielsen Company and SKF covering all aspects of the customer experience journey from marketing, globalization and eCommerce optimization to customer support and technical documentation.

Kicking off the event, SDL CEO and Founder Mark Lancaster will give a keynote sharing insights on the future of CX and outlining SDL’s vision for the road ahead, followed by SDL CTO Dennis van der Veeke who will give an inside look at the science of CX and the technology supporting the acceleration of customer experience for brands. Paige O’Neill, SDL’s CMO, will present “The Good is Expected. The Bad Goes Viral,” detailing research and lessons learned from the trenches of customer experience. O’Neill will also be joined by SDL customers and partners who will provide first-hand accounts of their CX strategies. Peter Fisk, CEO and Founder of GeniusWorks, will be delivering the guest keynote, “Gamechangers CX: Reimagining your brand and customer’s experience.” His presentation will highlight companies and strategies that are beating out the competition and transforming their industries.
