Sparta Systems Achieves ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certification, Demonstrating Its Unwavering Commitment to Continuous Process Improvement
HAMILTON, New Jersey, June 24, 2014 – Sparta Systems, Inc., an industry pioneer and global leader in enterprise quality management solutions (EQMS), today announced it had received ISO 9001:2008 certification for the design and distribution of its software. The Company is the first and only major EQMS vendor to have received this certification.
Certification to ISO 9001 requires an accredited third party auditing organization to thoroughly review the Company’s internal quality management system processes, to ensure that they are capable of consistently delivering a service that meets customers’ needs and expectations.

Though recently certified, the ISO Quality Management System (QMS) Standard has been the basis for Sparta Systems’ internal QMS for a number of years, as many of its customers are in highly regulated industries, which require their own compliance to the standard.
