Spindle Announces Strategic Partnership With Are You Shipping Me™
Partnership Will Provide Merchants and Consumers With Unique Payment and Shipping Solutions
SCOTTSDALE, AZ– February 8, 2012 – Spindle Inc. (OTCBB: SPDL) (“Spindle”) (“The Company”), a national provider of innovative mobile commerce and alternate payment solutions for businesses and consumers, has announced it has formed a strategic partnership with Are You Shipping Me™ (AYSM), a California-based enterprise shipping solutions provider for businesses and consumers. As part of this relationship, Spindle will bundle AYSM services with its RhinoPay® merchant services solution, giving businesses and consumers low-cost options for shipping services. In addition, AYSM will offer RhinoPay to its merchant clients, giving users a simple, mobile and secure method of payment.
