Spire Payments signs worldwide master distribution agreement with NewNet Communication Technologies
Arlington Heights, IL November 28, 2013 – NewNet Communication Technologies LLC and Spire Payments have entered a distribution agreement for NewNet’s Traxcom Secure Solutions products and services enabling Spire to offer these products and services in all geographies except North America. NewNet is a global leader in mobility technologies with a primary focus in messaging, signalling, wireless broadband, consumer internet, multimedia content delivery, mobile advertising, and secure transactions, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), and mobile real time charging and rating.
As Spire Payments continues its geographical expansion it is often asked by prospects and customers to advise on or recommend third party network and routing solutions that are
compatible with Spire Payments devices. The TraxcomSecure network lends itself perfectly to the integration of next generation payment solutions such as mobile POS, where a number of different devices such as smartphones and tablets need to be integrated into the existing trusted and secure payments processing environment. This networking functionality provides a good strategic match for Spire Payments’ entire range of POS devices – including the PosMate Smart™ mobile POS unit.

Besides traditional payments the Secure Transaction products opens up new opportunities for Spire Payments, especially in the area of MNOs, hospitality and healthcare verticals.
