MAINTEL SECURES RADVISION ACCREDITATION TO OFFER CLIENTS FULL RANGE OF UNIFIED VIDEOCONFERNCING SOLUTIONS

LONDON, 08 APRIL – Maintel, the business-to-business voice and data provider, has boosted its range of video conferencing solutions by becoming one of the very first companies to be fully certified to sell products and services from Radvision.

Radvision – which forms part of Avaya – is a leading provider of products and technologies for unified visual communications over IP, wireless and emerging next-generation networks. Maintel can now provide its customers with the full Scopia portfolio of video conferencing solutions.

Scopia allows users to connect easily and run face-to-face, collaborative video meetings with colleagues, customers, contractors and agencies,removing the barriers of distance and helping maintain communication and productivity, whether working remotely using mobile devices or from the office desktop or conference room.

Scopia creates personal conference rooms without walls, where users can participate in voice and video communications and content sharing. Users can connect to this virtual conference room from anywhere, and invite other users or room systems. The simple web browser plug-in is centrally managed, distributed, and deployed without complex licensing fees or installation issues. Scopia Mobile provides applications for video conferencing, conference control, and management for smart phones and tablets supporting Apple iOS when connected over mobile broadband or Wi-Fi.
