Successful Management Buyout of NETconsent Completed
Management team will focus on increasing innovation and enhancing customer engagement
Fleet, Hampshire, 5th December 2012: NETconsent, a leading automated policy management software provider, has announced that Dominic Saunders (CEO) has completed a successful management buyout of the business from Cryptzone. The MBO follows the acquisition of NETconsent by Cryptzone in December 2010.
Under its new ownership, NETconsent will focus on increasing innovation and enhancing its approach to customer engagement. This includes expanding its total investment in research and development resources to more than £500,000 per annum, with the addition of seven new developers, major innovations in its solutions as well as customer service and training propositions – all driven by stated customer requirements.

Major planned enhancements to NETconsent’s proposition include the industry’s first true role-based content delivery solution; mapping tools that provide greater visibility of policy performance versus business critical regulations and standards; integrated vendor agnostic eLearning capabilities; access via mobile platforms; and new features to enhance organisational communications.
Proactive customer engagement will be expanded with new user forums, upgrade webinars and an online customer portal, which will place customer requirements at the heart of NETconsent’s business and technology strategies.
