TeamUltra and Mobile Reach announce closer marketing and sales links in the UK

Two companies targeting raised awareness for mobile enabling ITAM and work order management applications within ServiceNow

Berkshire, ENGLAND, 1st July 2014: TeamUltra (http://www.teamultra.net) and Mobile Reach today announced closer marketing and sales co-operation in the UK. This will raise awareness of the benefits of the Splitware Mobility Platform for IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Work Order Management. The first campaign will be a series of educational, customer driven webinars that explain how traditional ITAM challenges have been overcome by Computer World Services Corp (CWS) for improved service and inventory management.

Businesses continue to strive to make their ITAM projects work better and deliver the promised ROI. An essential component of implementing an effective ITAM system is whether field workers can track non-discoverable assets, receive new assets and perform accurate and full inventories from any place at any time. This requires immediate and flexible mobile access to the IT asset records and the ability to create new asset records in the field. Similarly, work order management projects also require mobility to fully exploit the benefits on offer.

Nasrin Azari, Mobile Reach President, said, “The UK represents a new growth market for Mobile Reach and we are already seeing the benefits of working with TeamUltra. Interest from their existing customers in the Splitware Mobility Platform has been high. Together we are deepening the partnership by investing in building use cases and demonstrations that reinforce the value that greater mobility brings to ServiceNow users. The two companies co-operated at the recent Knowledge14 event to show companies how to effectively implement work order management by integrating ServiceNow with the Splitware Mobility Platform and I am pleased to say that feedback was incredibly positive.”

Mike Beale, Managing Director of TeamUltra said, “Since we first started working together with Mobile Reach, we have seen many companies recognise the significance of mobile-enabling their field workers. This could be within an ITAM scenario where it is essential that employees working remotely can still create new records or update the ServiceNow CMDB. Another application that is generating interest is optimising field resources and ensuring they can effectively work remotely which boosts the efficiency of traditional work order management functions within ServiceNow. Working closely with the Mobile Reach team, we will create a series of webinars and events for 2014 that will clearly show the benefits for companies of adopting the Splitware Mobility Platform and integrating it with ServiceNow.”

The first customer webinar will feature Lee Wynne, Director, Operations and Programs at Computer World Services Corp (CWS) on 15th July 2014 at 13.30 BST, registration for the webinar is open at https://www4.gotomeeting.com/register/155922903
