Bangalore, February 22nd 2011: Tejas Networks Ltd., a leader in next-generation optical networking products, announced today that their Packet Optical Transport (POTP) product, TJ1600 has won the prestigious Best Electronic Product of the Year Award at the Indian Semiconductor Association (ISA) Technovation Awards 2011. ISA’s award seeks to identify the best electronic product created in India and focuses on highlighting product design, product innovation, technical and marketing excellence, customer acceptance and market success, in short, a true leadership offering in the electronics product segment. This is the second year running that Tejas has won this recognition from ISA. The award was given by Indian World Chess Champion Viswanathan Anand.
