•Wireless Point-to-Point Links
The Wireless Point-to-Point Link (WPPL-D) provides secure line-of-sight/non-line-of-sight RF communications over terrestrial microwave radio links at distances extending up to 35 miles. A cost-effective addition to a traditional VSAT solution, the WPPL-D allows for NIPR, SIPR, VoIP, video and DSN transmission of vital information in a point-to-point or point-to-multipoint configuration.
•Galatea(TM)Ultra-Rugged Solid-State Drive
Galatea can operate in the harshest operating environments and is designed for a wide range of applications, including air, sea and land vehicles, notebook computers and unmanned vehicles. It features built-in power backup, which prevents data loss during unexpected power failures, and fits up to 200GB of user data into a standard, 9.5mm, 2.5-inch case. Galatea provides high-performance read/write rates for the most demanding applications and takes data security to new levels by combining 128-bit AES encryption with high-speed, full-drive erasure.

This is the world’s first commercial managed satellite service offer using a Cisco-enabled Internet Routing In Space (IRIS).
