TELES back in the black before tax

TELES makes headway in the restructuring. In the previous year the company from Berlin
closed with a profit before tax.

Berlin, April 7, 2014. The Berlin-based telecommunications service provider TELES AG
Informationstechnologien has made significant progress in restructuring the company
in the last business year. The Group’s annual net income was in the reporting period
approx.  € 1.5m in comparison to the previous year with a loss of € 2.9m.

“In 2013 we have made a major leap forward,” explained Oliver Olbrich, Chief Operating
Officer of TELES. “This year we will focus our efforts on profitable growth: There is still
much work to be done to tap the full market potential – this applies to North America, where
we have not yet been able to fully reap the gains of this market sector.”
