Telesens, an independent software vendor of products and services to the Telecommunications market, headquartered in London, with a development centre in Ukraine, today announced that in 2011 it concluded more than 60 agreements and made a 20% increase in sales.

“In 2011 the company has successfully achieved its key objective i.e. to strengthen its position in the target segments of the IT market: CSPs’ interconnect BSS, software integration and IT outsourcing services,” – said Eduard Rubin, CEO of Telesens International.

Telesens Product Line Business Unit signed more than 35 agreements for implementation, services and enhanced functionality for its Telesens Interconnect Business Suite (TIBS). Notably, the interconnect product was activated in the consolidated Ukrainian business unit Vіmpelcom Ltd (Kyivstar, Ukrainian Radio Systems and Golden Telecom). Also in 2011, Telesens expanded its presence in Central Asia by implementing the settlement system Tinterconnect (T-IC) in one of the leaders in the telecommunications market of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2011, the company greatly enhanced the functionality of its software products, including the development of functionality for the support of roaming payments and MNP (Mobile number portability).

Telesens Custom Solutions Business Unit concluded more than 25 contracts with customers from the USA, Germany, Finland, Sweden, Great Britain and Ukraine during 2011.

Last year was characterized by the expansion of partnerships with leading global producers and integrators of telecommunications. Among them Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN), Comverse and Digital Route.

Telesens participated in the following major international specialized exhibitions and forums: Mobile World Congress, Barcelona; TM Forum, Dublin; OSS/BSS world summit, London; Capacity CEE 2011 Prague; Caspian Telecoms, Istanbul, Turkey; Capacity Eurasia, Istanbul, Turkey; Capacity Russia & CIS, Moscow.

“The geographical footprint of our marketing events covers now the CIS, Europe, Southeast Asia and the USA. We are deliberately expanding our presence in the international market. By the end of Q1 2012, a representative office will be established in Hanoi, Vietnam, and we are not going to stop there”, – Eduard Rubin declared.
