The Unified Communications operator Osiacom deploys
Centile Telecom Applications’ Istra SP solution to offer
innovative UC services from its Cloud
Sophia-Antipolis, France – June 30, 2014 – Centile Telecom Applications, the leading European developer of unified communications solutions for operators and integrators, announced today thedeployment of Istra SP UC platform at Osiacom.
Osiacom, born from the merger of three companies, Business ASI, Socetat and Imakys, has tremendous expertise in telephony and in particular, the deployment of Aastra and Alcatel-Lucent solutions.
In response to a strong telephony market trend moving towards cloud services, Osiacom looked at various solutions and selected Centile Telecom Applications as their technology partner for the implementation of its Cloud offering and UCaaS services.
Osiacom turned to Centile, a specialized developer with a software solution based on open standards, and designed to be hosted with a multi-tenant architecture and to centrally manage multiple companies from a single server, or a virtual machine.
Centile’s Istra SP solution, certified with a broad range of feature-rich SIP terminals, allows Osiacom to offer its corporate customers a range of innovative unified communications and FMC services on a wide range of SIP phones (Aastra and Polycom) and expand its range of SIP phones with new SNOM terminals.
Osiacom is surrounded by an ecosystem of specialized market players for the integration of Centile’s Istra platform: Alphalink for the hosting and SIP trunks operators of Istra platform, Telesoft for customer billing, Aastra and SNOM for phones.
