Turkcell Technology, the development group that is part of Turkcell, the leading communications and technology company in Turkey, will focus on how to manage traffic steering strategies at the Mobile Roaming World Summit 2010.
Mr. Bahri Okuroğlu, Technical Product Manager for Roaming Services at Turkcell Technology, will deliver a presentation summarizing lessons learned from Turkcell Technology’s experience in traffic steering. His presentation will include issues such as: adapting to the changing nature of terminals and traffic; understanding the effect of steering on international traffic; and increasing steering effectiveness.
Held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in London between October 25 and 27, the Mobile Roaming World Summit 2010 brings together operators to discuss issues such as forthcoming regulation, emerging technologies and tariff restructuring. It includes key industry experts, operator case studies and a rich and varied agenda about the international mobile business.
