VASCO awards its UK resellers at Infosecurity UK 2011
Winners are Ultima Business Solutions Ltd, Secon and RM.

VASCO resellers are awarded in three categories: Biggest VASCO New Business Deal of the Year, VASCO Project of the Year and Educational Reseller of the Year. Award winners are: Ultima Business Solutions Ltd, Secon and RM. Ultima Business Solutions Ltd is being presented with the award for “VASCO New Business Deal of the Year” for its implementation at the Automobile Association) based on Ultima’s ability to position VASCO to meet its customer’s two-factor strong authentication needs and for continuing to support VASCO as the most appropriate solution against bids from competitive vendors. At the time, VASCO was a new addition to Ultima’s extensive security portfolio and both parties worked closely together to highlight the benefits of IDENTIKEY Server Gold edition in combination with both DIGIPASSGO 6 and DIGIPASS for Mobile. Additionally, Ultima showed further commitment by becoming IDENTIKEY Accredited ensuring they gained the necessary skills in-house to fully deploy and support the solution. “We are delighted to have won the New Business Deal of the Year for The Automobile Association project. The Automobile Association required a mixture of hardware and software DIGIPASS in combination with IDENTIKEY Server Gold Edition. The company also had specific requirements as they were migrating from an existing platform and environment to authenticate their remote users and needed to ensure that they chose a solution which could also secure other applications in the future,” says Martin Collins, Networking and Security Business Manager from Ultima Business Solutions Ltd. “We proposed IDENTIKEY Server Gold Edition and VASCO’s DIGIPASS range. Secon has been fully committed, supplying & supporting VASCO as its primary two-factor solution for many years now, and the reseller’s commitment has been strengthened by becoming IDENTIKEY Accredited and setting up a 4-man Infrastructure and Application Delivery team, for which VASCO has become a central solution. “We are delighted to have won the VASCO Project of the Year Award for the Global Radio project. Global Radio required a mixture of hardware DIGIPASS devices, software and SMS-based authentication.
