Singapore, May 24, 2018 – Veritas Technologies, a leader in multi-cloud data management, today announced that Brian Higgins has joined the company as the channel sales leader for Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. In this role, Brian will lead the overall APJ channel strategy, growing the company’s ecosystem of partners and helping partners differentiate in market while delivering even greater value to their customers.
Prior to Veritas, Brian was a general manager at VMware, responsible for the commercial business, partner and hybrid cloud services teams in South Asia and Korea. An industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, Brian has also held senior sales, marketing and channel leadership positions including Citrix, Cognos and BusinessObjects, among others, where he was instrumental in driving business transformation to achieve significant results.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and has been living in the APJ region since 1995.
