Vivacom Selects NetCracker’s Real-time Transaction
Platform to Monetize Quad-Play Services
Long-Term Deal Builds on Existing Relationship and Addresses End-to-End Converged BSS
WALTHAM, MA — May 7, 2014 — NetCracker Technology announced today that Vivacom, Bulgaria’s leading quad-play service provider, has agreed to upgrade to its real-time, converged BSS platform , including a five-year extension and professional services agreement. As a result of this upgrade, Vivacom will enable real-time transaction capabilities for its mobile, fixed-line, broadband and pay-TV services, all from a single platform.

Vivacom will realize a series of benefits as a result of this solution upgrade and long-term agreement. By using a single platform for all of its quad-play services, Vivacom will increase automation and accelerate time to market for new services and offers while reducing overall operational costs. Furthermore, Vivacom will benefit from enhanced real-time transaction capabilities as well as the highest level of transactional security.
