VOSS Launches Computer-Based Training Program

Monday October 7, 2013 – Richardson, TX – VOSS Solutions today announced the launch of an online, computer-based training (CBT) program, giving students the chance to learn at their own pace, from any location with an internet connection.

The first course on offer focuses on End User Self-Care, and is relevant to VOSS end users, as well as Cisco HCS customers that have Cisco UC Domain Manager installed. To celebrate the launch of the VOSS CBT program, this first course is offered free of charge, for a limited time.

The End User Self-Care course is designed to empower VOSS and Cisco HCS end users to administer their own UC services and applications, from any smart device or tablet. The course explains how to self-manage extension mobility, speed dials, Presence, conferencing, voicemail, single number reach, corporate and personal directories, and preferences.

At the end of the course, end users will be equipped with the knowledge and tools to carry out changes to UC settings, in real-time, which will increase productivity, speed time to resolution, and improve inter-company collaboration.

Organizations can request a company-wide password, individual logins can also be granted. To request the login details, please email training@voss-solutions.com.

Hadas Arad, Training Manager at VOSS Solutions, commented; “We’re delighted to be able to offer this 12-module course free of charge, and we are looking forward to empowering our end users with the tools and knowledge to self-manage their UC services and devices.”
