The configurability of Private 5G is important for managing not just how data moves, but where it does. As its adoption grows, I believe this will lead to edge computing playing an increasingly bigger role in broadcasting. Edge can be seen as a third landing zone for data, beyond on-premises or cloud datacentres, which radically expands the options for how we work with it.
