Existing customers will receive an £80 voucher for each referral and their referee a £20 voucher
London, UK, 17 May 2022: Zen Internet, the only Which? Recommended Provider for Broadband and a certified B Corporation, has announced enhancements to its Refer-a-Friend bonus. For each successful referral, customers will receive an £80 voucher of their choice from a wide range of retailers*. Their referee will get a £20 voucher too, and once they’re a customer, they’ll be able to take advantage of the £80 offer as well.
Customer commitments
Zen customers also benefit from Ofcom’s latest practices which help ensure consumers are at the heart of the broadband industry. One such initiative is Ofcom’s Code of Practice on Speeds, giving Zen customers greater insight into the speeds they can expect from each service, including peak time speeds, as well as a minimum guaranteed download speed at point of sale.
What’s more, the internet service provider was amongst the first to rollout the regulator’s auto compensation scheme whereby broadband and landline customers can get money back from their provider when things go wrong, without having to ask for it.
Environmental commitments
Earlier this year, the Carbon Neutral and B Corp certified provider also announced its ambitions to become Net Zero. As part of its B Corp certification the company is committed to its goals outside of shareholder profit meaning the Zen board is legally required to consider the impact of its decisions on workers, customers, suppliers, community and the environment.
