ZSmart API management enables effective management and efficient business processes

The ZSmart API management solution allows CSPs to expose their data and services to internal development teams and external digital ecosystems. Using ZSmart API Management, the applications of developers and partners, including OTT, M2M (machine-to-machine) solution providers and MVNOs (mobile virtual network providers) can be quickly and easily integrated with CSPs’ backend systems, enabling the delivery of high value content and services to end-customers. The ZSmart API management solution provides a full range of services including an automated onboarding process for new partners, access to a range of APIs covering all major service requirements, and complete billing and payments management.
The ZSmart API management solution has been created using easy-access service-oriented software architecture which ensures a simple, secured interface for end-users. The solution features end-to-end services for the entire API lifecycle, enabling CSPs to strategise, monetise and manage their partners.
The ZSmart API management solution includes a full range of services which allow each partner to manage its own billing flow including billing initialisation, monthly ledger aggregation, accounting, ledger exporting, bill making and bill reconciliation.
